Well as we all know he is the United Opposition President and FREEDOM OF SPEECH is only for his opponent and politics and not for the ally. NPC is about to SLAM Willie Revillame for an ‘arrogant’ remarks against footage of Cory in Wowowee. Take a closer look at his statement during the show.

Kasi kung ganyan pakita nalang natin ‘yan kasi nagsasaya kami dito tapos masakit sa akin yan. Nagsasalita ako dito yan Pls, sana maintindhan niyo, nagsasaya kami dito papakita niyo sa amin yun. Diba? Hindi tama eh okay?" “Hay nako. Pangit. Hindi maganda ho sa atin nagsasalita pinapakita yung kabaong ni Tita Cory. Diba? Paano kami magkakapagsaya nahihirapan kami? I'm sorry ho ah pero ako totoo ako eh. ‘Wag niyo akong papagalitan...Pagkatapos ng show pakita niyo ‘yung gusto niyong ipalabas. For me he have the point on that its already OVER ACTING to do such things... There is already an existing coverage of the burial of the late president. And it does not fit with the atmosphere of the show. What is not good is REJOICING while the others are GRIEVING. Lets not take ride upon the issue its the proper way to give respect to Cory and not to do other thing that could boost your publicity using her death.

Depending on the FAME(Go Pacman!), HONOR(I nominate ate Glow!) and moral standing of the person. I disagree with you in terms of MORAL STANDING. Have you forgotten the so called 'Hacienda Luisita Massacre'? Who's responsible? As they are in power it smells fish. And for the 12 picketers and the 2 children that were killed last November 16, 2004 may you rest in peace.
But wait wheres the "SAINT" during those times? Is she ill. What did she do? She has the power to stop such things it doesn't need miracle to avoid such incident.

#1 National Hero

Declare Cory as a national hero to ensure “the continuity of her legacy of democracy and love of country,” according to two lawmakers. As an ICON of EDSA 1? What did she do for the country during her term as the president? Not even mentioned in text books during my elementary textbooks what she have done for the country. All I can remember Cory is equal to People Power Revolution. People Power Revolution was successful with the help of each in every one of us Filipino. We are the right one to claim the fame for such peaceful revolution against Marcos. Why not make all soldiers who are fighting Mindanao a national hero. Remember they shed their blood for us and doing the RIGHT service for this country.

Guess there are other priorities now to be discussed in senate and in congress for the good of the country. Well fame goes to whoever the author of this bill as they get the sympathy of the people.
